​Mechele’ created the first Airbnb model to provide hosting services to non-owner occupied properties over 10 years ago. Her first Business model launched in Lake Tahoe, NV and she has operated Airbnb’s in Marco Island and other Southwest Florida Communities for years. As your Super host she will provide your guests with a turnkey concierge service for years to come. Mechele’ also holds a 100 ton Masters license with the US Coast Guard and she is also a Graduate of the University of Florida with Master Naturalist degree in Coastal Systems. Guest recommendations for boating, shelling, yoga paddle, wave runner tours, and where to go for dinner and dancing are what make her vacation rentals so popular and guests return year after year.

​If you choose to place your property in the Turtle Vacation’s Portfolio your property will be taken care and a walkthrough will be done at every turn.

Cleaners will be scheduled at every turn and guests will always receive a personal and professional concierge’s service to make their vacation stay the most memorable for cleanliness, ease, convenience, and fun.

​Turtle Vacations charges 25% of nightly rents and $150.00 for a cleaning fee at every turn. For that we take care of your property and schedule any maintenance needed. We make sure it has all the elements for a guest’s successful vacation stay. We make sure all it is stocked with all consumables and provide an easy check-in and check-out services. We take professional pictures of your property and do a video to upload onto various marketing sites for the most amount of exposure.
